Health and well-being
The BCA engages Avicena professionals, who provide regular screening of our children. Children who are clearly showing symptoms of illness are discretely separated from their group until a parent can collect them for treatment before attending school again after the illness has passed. We cannot isolate the children from the environment. This would at best be unrealistic and at worst counterproductive. However, sensible precautions to prevent escalating a problem that is present in the community at large and to limit spreading the problem and reduce its longevity among the BCA community are considered by parents and teachers alike, to be entirely appropriate.
Full time staff maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness on the premises.
